1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Certain items such as perishable goods (e.g., seeds, live plants, compost, V-Tea) are non-returnable unless they are delivered damaged or in unusable condition.

2. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a similar one, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
